Donation Guidelines & Process
As part of our structured approach to community support, Little Mama’s follows the donation guidelines established by FS Food Group. Each year, FS Food Group donates significant resources to a wide range of charitable causes. Because we receive a high volume of requests, each submission is reviewed carefully to ensure it aligns with our giving priorities and available resources.
To help us properly evaluate your request, please review the following guidelines before submitting.
Advance Notice Required
All donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of your event or initiative. This allows our team sufficient time to review and respond appropriately.
Requests submitted less than 30 days before the event date may not be considered.
Required Information
To be considered for a donation, your submission should include:
- Full name and contact information
- Organization or event name
- Nonprofit status (501(c)(3) Tax ID, if applicable)
- Event date or date of need
- Estimated number of attendees
- A brief description of your organization’s mission
- Explanation of how the donation will be used
- The specific Little Mama’s location you are requesting support from
Incomplete requests may not be eligible for review, so please ensure all required details are provided.
Notification of Decision
After your request has been received, our team will carefully evaluate the information provided. If we are able to support your cause, a representative will contact you by phone or email.
Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to respond individually to every submission. If you do not hear from us within two weeks prior to your event date, it typically indicates that we are unable to fulfill the request at this time.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to submit future requests for upcoming initiatives.
